Refund and Cancellation Policy
Any Cancellation or Amendment received within 7 days prior to arrival date by 3:00 PM
Hotel Time will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive to the Resort will
be treated as a No-Show and will be fully charged General Policies
A person needs to be at least 18 years of age to check-in alone into the hotel.
Children under 12 years may be accommodated in the same room at no extra cost.
If an extra bed is required, the same would be provided on a chargeable basis,
subject to availability and as per hotel policy.
Kids below the Age of 12 are not allowed to use the Private Pool in the rooms,
without the supervision of Parents/Gaurdians
For the interest and safety of all hotel guests, visitors are not permitted in
the guest rooms post 9 pm.
As a government mandate, guests are requested to carry a valid/official photo
identity proof at the time of check-in.
The check-in and check-out time is as per the offer booked. Please refer to the
terms and condition of the offer for more details.
The room tariff mentioned above is applicable per room per night. Taxes, service
charges and other levies are additional as applicable.
Guests shall have to pay current applicable taxes while making a booking on the
website where payment is required. All other taxes & extras applicable to be
paid at the time of check-out. Taxes may change as per the applicable government
guidelines.
In case of multiple rates being applicable for the duration of your stay, the
average rate per night shall be indicated on the registration card.
The room tariff is not inclusive of airport transfer unless specified otherwise,

In view of COVID 19 situation and due to restrictions levied by the competent
authorities from time to time, certain hotel facilities and services, including
but not limited to, use of the pool, restaurants, banquets, etc. may not be
available for guest use. The Saravi Resort partners, employees and officers
shall not be held liable for the non-functioning of such facilities. Guests are
requested to co-operate with these restrictions/guidelines for their own safety
and security.
Keeping your safety & well-being in mind, food & beverage supplies have been
temporarily removed from the in-room refreshment counter. May we request you to
contact Restaurant (by dialling 6) after checking-in to your room, to place an
order.

Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of check-out. We
are not in a position to accept personal cheques and a signing facility is
extended only to those corporate accounts which have a credit facility with our
resort.
Prior information for a Smoking or Non Smoking Room will enable us to prepare
your room on priority, subject to availability.
The Saravi Resort will use your information including sensitive personal data
for administration, research and marketing purposes under confidentiality and
will implement the appropriate administrative and security safeguards for the
protection of your personal data. The guest hereby gives a voluntary consent to
collect, process, retain, use and share his/her personal data (including the
personal data of the co-occupants) in order to book a room, to register and stay
in the Hotel, as well as for use after the guest’s departure for the purposes of
conducting marketing, research and sending promotional offers and information
messages by The Saravi Resort.
The Saravi Resort shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of its
obligations if the performance is prevented, hindered or delayed due to force
majeure event/any event due to a cause beyond the reasonable control of The
Saravi Resort and shall include without limitation fire, flood, explosion, Acts
of God, civil commotion, security concerns for visiting dignitaries/heads of
state(s), riots, insurrection, war etc.
All disputes arising in relation to these terms and conditions shall be subject
to exclusive jurisdiction of Vanur courts.
In case of any conflict regarding these terms and conditions, the decision of
The Saravi Resort shall be final and binding on the guest/ user.
The Saravi Resort reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this
offer, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without any
notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any
liability.
An extension of stay at the hotel is liable to be offered at the prevailing
rate.
No charge for buffet meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Hi-tea/Dinner) for children upto 6
years of age accompanied by adults. 50% of the buffet price will be charged for
children between 7-12 years.
